Preconstruction and construction management services for a new four- story dormitory. New College House carries forward the heritage of architect Charles Z. Klauder’s much- loved Georgian master plan and buildings with its simply massed expression of red brick, stone, painted wood trim, and slate roof. The project includes:

- Multipurpose space
- Seminar room
- Small group room

This project has been awarded the USGBC LEED Silver Certification. Sustainable building features include:
