Preconstruction and construction management services to renovate an abandoned, historic warehouse. The adaptive reuse of the building and blighted site included:

Remediation of existing brownfield site
Erosion control measures
Aluminum pre-fab pedestrian bridge
New white roof
Added additional loading dock
Restored the entire building envelope including roof, masonry and slab
Added a mezzanine to the interior of the building for future flexibility and use
