The project consisted of a three-story, 500-car parking garage with a 10-story office building built on top of the garage.
Raymond piles and concrete pile caps provided the foundation for the cast-in-place garage. The steel frame for the office building rests on the garage structure.
The office building utilized architectural pre-cast concrete extensively to match the poured-in-place concrete parking garage.
Interior office partitions and finishes were coordinated, constructed, and installed by Wohlsen Construction.
The building was completed on time, within budget, and serves as a glowingexample of Wilmington, Delaware, Christina Gateway Rehabilitation
