The Avenue of the Arts Associates project was the first restoration along the ChristinaRiver.
Dilapidated, ill-kept buildings were rehabilitated in to contemporary, modern offices while maintaining the character and history of the original brick exteriors.
The project utilized a fast-track method. Design decisions were made as construction proceeded.
These buildings serve as a sparkling blend of the past and present and point to a bright future for the Christina Riverfront.
