Construction of an upscale restaurant in the historic Hershey Press building, highlighted by exquisite design
elements including:

• Granite countertops
• Italian artistic blue glass
• Cork ceilings
• 12 ft. x 3 ft. fireplace from Canada

The scope of the project also included:

• Retrofitting neighboring Houlihan’s restaurant to install a commercial elevator.
• Constructing a tunnel to allow access to basement storage area.
• Underground walkway
• Strict indoor air quality management procedures to ensure on-going operations of neighboring operational kitchen.
