Preconstruction and construction management services for the adaptive reuse and renovation of three historic, vacant buildings aimed at rehabilitating a blighted block of downtown Lancaster.
The rehabilitated buildings will include:
- Selective interior demolition
- Asbestos and lead paint remediation
- Seven retail storefronts
- Office space
- 17 apartments/condominiums
- On-site parking
The project is being partially financed utilizing new market tax credits, historic tax credits, and state loans from the Commonwealth Financing Authority.
