Construction of new office building and parking garage included: 

• 15-story office tower
  • 700+ employee offices
  • Mechanical equipment & elevator room
  • Leased retail and office space
• 12-level, 800-car garage

Both buildings were constructed simultaneously in the same block of downtown Harrisburg.  Tight site conditions, underground utility connections, and the need to minimize traffic disruption required close coordination with the city and special logistics.  This included the use of a freestanding tower crane with a 20,000-pound capacity to erect structural steel during the day and pre-cast concrete panels at night.
