Design/Build construction of a new LEED® Certified (pending) two-story housing facility containing 128 level 3 cells.
Specifically designed two-story structure of permanent masonry and concrete type construction utilizing precast cell units, having steel framed roof construction for the balance of the building and appropriately sized mechanical and electrical services to serve as the L-3 Close Security Housing unit.
Outside the buildings, supporting facilities include fencing, sidewalks, exterior fire protection, outside lighting and miscellaneous amenities.
The project is currently under construction with completion scheduled for March 2011.
