Construction of a sustainable educational solar facility included:

• 16 solar panels
• An interactive pavilion housing the solar inverters, batteries and other equipment
• Vegetated roof
• Recycled materials
• Regionally manufactured materials

Wohlsen partnered with MessiahCollegeand Ganflec Architects and Engineers to enable seniors at the college to assist in the construction process and to set up and install all of the solar equipment. 

This pavilion serves as a learning tool to over 4,000 students each year as Messiah and several engineering camps use this facility to teach about the benefits of green and sustainable building practices.
