Project Description

Preconstruction and construction management services to renovate an abandoned, historic warehouse. The adaptive reuse of the building and blighted site included:

  • Remediation of existing brownfield site
  • Erosion control measures
  • Aluminum pre-fab pedestrian bridge
  • New white roof
  • Added additional loading dock
  • Restored the entire building envelope including roof, masonry and slab
  • Added a mezzanine to the interior of the building for future flexibility and use
