Project Description

Preconstruction and construction management services for renovations to an occupied NICU included: 

  • Installation of new Nore Envirocare Rubber Flooring Tiles.  These are recycled, low maintenance, bacteriostatic and resistant to bacteria, fungi, and micro-organisms.
  • Painted border around perimeter of the room
  • Repaired damaged casework

This difficult project in a sensitive NICU area was completed ahead of schedule with no impact to the babies or parents.
