Project Description

Construction management services to renovate space in the main hospital to create a new heart center included:

  • Cardiac Cath Labs
  • Open Heart Surgery Suite
  • Intermediate Care Unit
  • Consolidated cardiac diagnostics and rehab
  • Physician locker rooms

Work was carefully planned and constructed to allow hospital operations to continue in areas surrounding the worksite. Due to the location of the hospital in downtown Wilmington, deliveries and work hours were carefully coordinated to avoid disruption to patients and staff.
