Project Description

General contractor services to construct new elementary school included:

  • Removal of existing ball field and playground areas
  • Construction of new building for the start of the new school year followed by the demolition existing building.
    • Main lobby with large spiraling staircase
    • Classrooms
    • Library
    • Multipurpose room equipped for cafeteria and theater requirements as well sports and games
  • Re-grading for new ball field, playground, and additional parking areas

The existing elementary school remained operating less than 100' away.
