Construction of a new elementary school using an innovative trend involving precast tilt-up concrete panels for exterior and hallway walls, creating a more energy efficient and more durable facility.

Scope of work included:

  • Strategically timed pouring of the foundations per the fabrication and delivery schedule of the precast walls to insure timely installation
  • 44 Classrooms
  • Gymnasium
  • Cafetorium
  • Computer Lab
  • Auditorium
  • Library
  • Installation of Terrazzo flooring in all of the corridors and lobby area
  • Installation of new baseball field, soccer field and playground
