A one story building primarily used as a senior citizens recreation center. The scope of the project included:

  • Full size gymnasium
  • Multipurpose room
  • Full sized kitchen
  • Computer lounge
  • Billiards rooms
  • Exercise rooms
  • Offices

The gymnasium is a load bearing masonry  structure with a sloped roof formed by structural steel roof trusses. The remaining  building is constructed using load bearing structural studs with a masonry veneer and flat roof. The building is fully sprinklered.
