    • 44 one-bedroom units
    • 17 two-bedroom units
    • 28 deluxe two-bedroom units
  • Radius walkway connecting to existing structure
  • Porte-cochere
  • Central lobby
  • Formal and private dining rooms
  • Lounge areas

Two-level parking garage included:

  • 116 spaces
  • Mechanical room
  • Maintenance area including five-bay auto shop

Wohlsen worked closely with the architect and the owner to value engineer the project to meet the owner’s budget.
