Project Description

Construction of a three-story personal care addition to the existing skilled nursing building . It will house 20 residents and include a section for memory support and provide a new home for their adult day care facility. The project is being built to LEED standards. The scope includes:

Geothermal heating system
Day lighting
Upgraded insulation
Construction of a loop road to connect the two ends of campus
New chapel
