Project Description

Construction of a three-story personal care addition to the existing skilled nursing building . It will house 20 residents and include a section for memory support and provide a new home for their adult day care facility. The project is being built to LEED standards. The scope includes:

  • Geothermal heating system
  • Day lighting
  • Upgraded insulation
  • Construction of a loop road to connect the two ends of campus
  • New chapel
