Wohlsen Construction is pleased to announce that Amy DePreker has joined the firm as Director of Senior Living.

In this corporate leadership role, DePreker will guide Wohlsen’s senior living market strategy, working with clients and design partners across all regions to strengthen relationships and support continued growth in the sector.

DePreker brings more than 26 years of experience in senior living, spanning operations, sales, and marketing for national owners and operators. She is known for aligning strategy with resident experience and operational performance to drive long-term success.

Most recently, she held senior leadership roles overseeing sales and marketing for multi-community portfolios, where she improved occupancy, expanded brand presence, and drove measurable revenue growth while building high-performing teams.

Throughout her career, DePreker has supported the growth of senior living organizations at scale, including helping expand a startup portfolio into a multi-state platform of newly constructed communities.
