Wohlsen Construction is pleased to announce that Paul Gorga has joined the firm as Regional Director for its New Jersey office.

In this role, Gorga will lead efforts to expand Wohlsen’s presence across New Jersey, strengthening client relationships and supporting the continued growth of the firm’s regional operations.

Gorga brings more than 30 years of experience in commercial construction, with a track record of delivering complex industrial, distribution, institutional, and mixed-use projects. Over the course of his career, he has advanced through the industry from field roles to executive leadership, developing a well-rounded perspective that spans preconstruction, estimating, project management, logistics, and field operations.

Most recently serving in senior executive roles, Gorga has led preconstruction and project delivery for large-scale facilities, including high-bay warehouses, distribution centers, and corporate office environments. He is recognized for his ability to translate early design concepts into clear project strategies, guiding clients through budgeting, planning, and execution with a focus on cost certainty, schedule control, and long-term value.

His experience also includes navigating complex labor environments, coordinating with public agencies, and supporting projects that leverage state funding programs and incentives, bringing a depth of market knowledge.
