Wohlsen’s interns and co-ops are contributing members of our team. They perform critical tasks on multi-million-dollar commercial construction projects, under the guidance of an experienced mentor looking to teach the next generation of construction workers.

That is why our 11-to-15 positions are so coveted. We consider our program to be a three-month interview. Our goal is to find talented, motivated individuals who are passionate about a career in construction.
Interns and co-ops are available in various roles, including project engineers, estimators, marketing assistants, and IT.
The program is highly formalized, but fun! Interns receive world-class training, demonstrate what they learn, and receive immediate feedback. In addition to working with our seasoned professionals, interns and co-ops collaborate with each other through weekly peer group meetings.

Each program is capped off with a celebration at a baseball game. We bring all interns to Lancaster for a day of training and reflection, then it’s off to see the Lancaster Barnstormers, followed by an overnight stay at a local hotel.
