The Hill School – Shirley Quadrivium Center

project description

Preconstruction and construction management services for multi-phased construction of a new connector link between two existing buildings to provide for a new quadrivium facility on an occupied academic campus. The new 60-foot connector will link the Widener Science Building and Widener Arts & Crafts Building, both of which were constructed in 1930’s. The new modern space will maintain and restore the beautiful exteriors of the historic buildings and will include:
  • New central entrance including lobby, lounge, and gathering space
  • Science, engineering, and emerging technologies labs
  • AV/TV broadcasting studio
  • Large group lecture room
  • Classrooms
  • Tutoring and study space
  • Multi-purpose meeting space
  • Faculty offices
