Design/build services for a phased expansion of the existing bakery plant to make room for two new production lines.

The project includes:

• -10 degree freezer building
• 16,000 square foot cold dock
• 260,000 square feet of additional production capacity
• Significant sitework to flatten the site keeping the new addition on the same floor elevation as the existing plant
