Preconstruction and construction management services for a new, four-story office building and an addition to an active warehouse. To incite collaboration between the buildings, a 160-foot pedestrian bridge was also constructed.
The upgrades were conducted while the facility continued operations, requiring the team to safely complete the project while maintaining the campus’s ongoing manufacturing and distribution operations.
The office building is clad in high-end finishes and features:
- A secured central lobby
- Several office suites
- Five conference rooms
- An employee cafe with terrace
The new warehouse addition, constructed entirely of pre-cast concrete, increases storage and production capabilities by including:
- An ASRA pick system
- A secured entrance
- Docking facilities
Additionally, sitework was conducted to improve the warehouse’s truck traffic flow on the campus.
