Preconstruction and construction management services for the adaptive reuse of an existing office building on an 8-acre site. The completed Senior Living community will feature 15 independent living apartments, 63 assisted living apartments and 27 memory care suites. Additionally, common amenities include multiple dining venues, a movie theater, fitness center, spa, billiards room, library and a bistro.
The structural system will create a two-story frame building atop an enclosed, 77- car parking garage, incorporating the steel frame from the existing building.
The building will be topped with a mansard-style roof with shingles, EPDM roofing, and standing seam roof accents.
The exterior façade has a manufactured stone base with cementitious siding in a variety of patterns.
The building will include three landscaped courtyards for Memory
Care, dining and Assisted Living.
