Renee Phillip (pictured on the left), our summer intern from Frostburg State University, recently connected with our safety manager, Natacha Ricks.

Renee’s curiosity led her to explore the Safety Manager role at Wohlsen. She toured Christiana Care Hospital Services in West Grove, PA, and Delaware Technical Community College in Newark, DE.

During inspections, Renee shadowed Natacha, learning safety protocols and comparing electrical systems in buildings from the ’50s to the past 20 years.

She also met project team members, observing steel erection in multilevel construction and safety coordination on larger sites.
