The Hill School – East Faculty Housing

Phase 1 encompassed the construction of four new faculty housing buildings located on an occupied campus included:

• Extensive sitework
• Demolition of two existing houses
• Central parking area and playground area
• Reconfiguration of three Borough streets
• Four new faculty housing buildings, each is comprised of two residential units, each with three bedrooms and two and a half baths, and with partially finished basements. Amenities include:
  • hardwood and ceramic tile flooring
  • tiled showers
  • stained millwork
  • fireplace
  • granite countertops
  • high end kitchen appliances
  • rear patio or deck

Phase 2 consisted of three single family faculty homes constructed among the occupied houses from Phase 1.
