New multi-phased mixed-use development project. Phase 1A includes a residential community consisting of one 19-unit building and two 59-unit buildings with a community building and swimming pool.
Phase 1B includes three more apartment buildings totaling 177 units. Future phases will have retail and a possible conference center and hotel.
