Our Virtual Design & Construction (VDC) service provides the rare opportunity to walk through a 3-D model of a finished building — at the system level — before ground is broken.
Not only does seeing the “build before the build” help clients visualize the end result, it helps our team and partners to better collaborate. Redundancies, clashes, and other inefficiencies are detected before construction begins, saving time and money along the way.
We regularly adapt new ideas gleaned from the frontlines, aka our team members on the job site. In addition, our Continuous Improvement Council, Construction Excellence Team, and peer groups provide innovative ideas and solutions to allow us to better service our clients.
The VDC service:

Our VDC team often captures drone footage of an existing site, then creates detailed digital drawings using available specs, and overlays digital models on top of the footage.
