Wohlsen’s interns are contributing members of our team. They perform critical tasks on multi-million-dollar commercial construction projects, under the guidance of an experienced mentor looking to teach the next generation of construction workers.

That is why our internship positions are so coveted. We consider our program to be a three-month interview. Our goal is to find talented, motivated individuals who are passionate about a career in construction.
Internships are available in various roles, including project engineers, estimators, marketing assistants, and IT.
The program is highly formalized, but fun! Interns receive in-depth training, demonstrate what they learn, and receive performance feedback. In addition to working with our seasoned professionals, interns collaborate with each other through weekly peer group meetings.
