- Hillside Homes – two new independent living buildings with 52 apartments and structured parking on the ground floors
Assisted Living
- Conversion of independent living floor to assisted living memory care
- Renovation of existing assisted living units
Skilled Nursing
- Expansion and renovations to 70 skilled nursing units
- Renovations for a new state-of-the-art rehab wing
- New memory care wing
Amenities
- Renovations to commons building
- Expansion and renovations to the maintenance building
- Indoor pool addition
- Spa, therapy room, aerobics and cardio rooms
Sitework:
- Neighborhood identification and wayfinding
- New entrance drive and Maryland “T” Intersection
