Preconstruction and construction management services for a new student housing complex utilizing modular construction on an occupied campus. The multi-phased project, designed to attain LEED Silver Certification.
Phase 1 included:
- Demolition of existing housing
- Two new, three-story buildings, each with 70 student beds in an apartment setting
- Installation of a geothermal well and infrastructure
Phase 2 includes:
- Demolition of existing housing
- Two new, three-story buildings, each with 70 student beds in an apartment setting
- Installation of an underground, stormwater retention base
- Site improvements
- Additional parking spaces
- A sand volleyball court
- Fire pits
- Open seating/gathering space
