The exterior is constructed of structural steel with a curtain wall and wood and metal paneling.
The building has high-end interior finishes, using stone, glass, wood and tile, and 10 foot ceilings throughout.
In addition to surface parking, a free-standing 640-car parking garage was constructed.
Over 26 acres of sitework included landscaping, a rainwater harvesting system, extensive granite seating areas, and outdoor work and exercise spaces.
