The manufacturing facility incorporates Good and Lean Manufacturing Practices and features:
- Custom process equipment developed specifically for the plant
- Second-story mezzanines & clean room hallways
- Designated raw material & finished goods warehouses
- Chemical storage & quarantine
- Sample, packing, & inspection areas
- Coater, molding trimming & storage rooms
- Chiller, boiler, water treatment, & post-treatment rooms
The northwest side of the building features a three-story office facility that houses:
- Two-story, atrium-style lobby
- Research & development lab, gown storage, & changing rooms
- Open offices & executive offices
- Seven conference rooms & training center
- Cafeteria & fitness center
