Preconstruction and construction management services to expand the square footage and working environments of the existing Division of Public Health laboratory facility. The phased project will include:
- Two new laboratories for increased SARS-CoV-2 testing
- Increased warehouse and mechanical/electrical space
- Addition to the northern side of the facility for new administrative areas
- Training and office area expansions
- New multipurpose spaces for staff and activities related to public health programs
