Universal Health Services – Dover Behavioral Health System Addition

The UHS Dover addition includes preconstruction and construction management services for the 24-bed addition to an existing and occupied behavioral health facility. The project is split into two phases to allow continued operation despite construction activities. Phase 1 includes:

• Four semi-private rooms totaling eight beds

Phase 2 includes:

• Eight semi-private rooms totaling 16 beds
• Two activity rooms and a group meeting room
• Nurses’ station and treatment planning and med prep rooms
• Visitor and staff lounges
