Preconstruction and construction management services for the IPD construction of a ten-bed addition to an existing and occupied behavioral health facility including:

• Six private and semi-private patient rooms and bathrooms
• Small group room
• Nurses station and office
• Storage and support spaces
• Secure vestibule
• Outdoor recreational space with high-security fencing
• Site landscaping and paving

Careful attention was paid to ensure the addition’s exterior blended seamlessly with the existing building.
