Preconstruction and construction management services for the addition and renovations to the university dining hall.
The work included a 4,800 sq. ft. addition to the Lottie Nelson Dining Hall adding 250 seats and flexible, multifunctional spaces for student and college activities.
The project was part of Messiah University’s Student Enhancement Project to improve the student experience and integrate efficient and environmentally-conscious energy sources throughout the campus.
