Facility upgrades and additions to occupied manufacturing warehouse to create room for two new production lines. The project includes:

- Installation of new loading dock with 22 new dock doors
- Multi-phased interior office renovation
- 162 new truck parking spaces
- Major utility infrastructure upgrades
