Design-build services for the construction of an addition to an operational wet cell automobile battery distribution and manufacturing facility originally constructed by Wohlsen Construction.
The addition includes a warehouse with shipping and receiving space and an employee entrance. It will be constructed of a structural steel frame, insulated precast wall panels, and membrane roofing.
Sitework includes new parking lots and modifications to existing utilities.
