Construction services for renovations and additions for an overnight homeless shelter. The project includes:
- Demolition and renovation of lower level for sleeping areas
- Restroom and shower facilities
- Support spaces
- Laundry facilities
- Elevator tower addition
- Site work, including new sidewalks and ADA accessible ramps
- Sprinkler, mechanical, plumbing, fire alarm, and electrical systems
- Service prep and pad for new building generator
