Panera Bread Bakery Café

Fitout for a new location of an international fast-casual restaurant. Close attention to the client’s strict branding guidelines was required throughout the project. The restaurant includes:

• Bakery, cafe, and front counter areas
• Electronic ordering kiosks
• Self-serve hot and cold beverage stations
• Indoor dining and seating areas
• Outdoor dining patio
• Drive-through window and lane
• Commercial kitchen with a walk-in dough cooler, fridge and freezer
• Installation of custom signage

The Panera Bread fitout is part of the 126,000-square-foot Lime Spring Square commercial development. Wohlsen is also responsible for the construction of the development and the associated sitework.
