Preconstruction and construction management services to renovate and expand historic Long Home buildings to provide housing for low-income residents. The scope of the project includes:

• Socializing spaces
• Community kitchen
• Fitness room
• Laundry rooms
• Game room
• Resident storage areas
• Mail room
• Administrative offices
• Stormwater detention
• 55-space surface parking
• Sitework including preservation of iconic lawn area and existing trees

The project is partially funded with PHFA Low Income Housing Tax Credits.
