Construction management services for addition and renovations to existing occupied cancer center and hospital building. The project includes:
- Three-story vertical addition that includes two floors of inpatient nursing
units with medical, surgical and observation beds and one floor of shell space for future expansion - Expansion of support services spaces
- Emergency room renovations
- Improved entrance
- Expanded reception area
- New dedicated ED restrooms
- Improved sight lines
- Additional dining space
- Extensive phased renovations to the campus’ sole existing commercial kitchen and a complete phased reconstruction of the servery and dining space
