Construction management services for a phased renovation and addition to an occupied in-patient Psychiatric facility. The renovations to the in-patient facility included:
- Six bedrooms
- Six offices
- Group therapy room
- Nurse station
- Quiet room
- Noisy room
The addition to the in-patient facility included:
- Seven bedrooms
- Two offices
- Observation area
- Storage space
- Soiled rooms
Occupancy was phased to allow for bedrooms to be turned over and occupied as completed.
