Being born and raised in CT, I knew after graduating from the University of New Haven in Engineering that I wanted to build in the communities where my friends and family live. The rewarding part is that all projects are unique -- making collaboration a must. Call me crazy, but I enjoy collectively solving issues and working with design teams, owners, and trade partners to achieve our mutual goals.
Our differentiator is our relationships within the local CT subcontractor market. We can leverage our network of trade partners to pinpoint project costs. Numbers don’t lie -- our inside track of capturing true pricing immediately sets a tone for project success.
As Project Executive, I’ve quickly recognized that construction is as much about communication as it is about building. About Mauro:
Mauro began his career as an estimator/detailer and advanced to project manager, project executive, and Vice President of Construction throughout his career. All of that time was spent working in Connecticut on over $800 million as an on-site manager responsible for all aspects of project delivery via multiple delivery methods. Mauro has extensive experience in design phase management. He has successfully managed more than $500 million in construction from the design phase through construction. Also managed more than $300 million as GC or CM at Risk. Mauro possesses strong leadership abilities and can manage large project teams.
Education: Bachelor of Science in Civil Engineering from the University of New Haven

Fun Fact: CT has many notable restaurants, and while sometimes I feel like I am on a quest to try them all, I truly enjoy cooking a gourmet meal at home for my family.

About Michael: Mike began his career as a project engineer and assistant project manager, moving onto project manager, then advancing to director of operations and senior project manager. He is now performing as a project executive.
