Amy DePreker
Director of Senior Living
Amy DePreker brings more than 25 years of experience in senior living, with a background spanning sales leadership, operations, and construction collaboration. As a founding sales and marketing leader at Artis Senior Living, she helped grow the organization from one community to a portfolio of 25 across 11 states. Having partnered with Wohlsen on multiple communities, Amy brings firsthand insight into the development process from construction through occupancy. She understands how design and delivery impact operations, performance, and the overall resident and family experience.
Brett Stevens
Vice President
Brett brings more than 25 years of experience across development, planning, design, and construction. Starting as a project manager and advancing into senior leadership roles, he has developed a broad perspective on both project execution and operational performance. He helps clients navigate complex projects by connecting early planning decisions to construction outcomes, with a focus on minimizing risk, maintaining momentum, and delivering projects that perform as intended.
